they are great to deal with, I just wanted to post this info incase people who had booked with them hadnt seen the new info.
Yes, we could have cancelled the first day of our holidays, but as we hardly "ever" have a big OS holiday and we have paid for a place to stay first for a few nights that was very hard to get into , when it came down to the crunch, and ( there are 2 families going so had to go on what everyone wanted to do )we decided to get a refund and book with Virgin......all up, cost us a bit more, but its all good !!
