We have always favoured flying to Mataram for about $80 return, and then staying in Sengiggi (approx 20 min taxi ride from airport).
You can then get a local outrigger from Lembar?? across to Air, Meno or Trawangan for about $15 per person depending on your bargaining skills and how much biz is about.
You could of course go straight to the "harbour" from the airport (maybe 40 minutes) and bypass Sengiggi altogether.
There have been a few negative stories about some of the sea going options, but if the time is right I guess it's OK.
