We flew with them on the 10th and were seated 7 or so rows from the back of the plane. Our son is 15 months. When we flew last year (he was 3 months then) they seated us in the very last row so we'd be close to the toilet and nappy change area. They were helpful and friendly, no complaints.
When we flew Jetstar they seated us at the front with the bassinette which was much better. Ask Virgin if they have a bassinette as it will make your flight much more comfortable.
