With the volume of your group, if you left it to chance, you may not all be able to all sit together.
We travelled with Air Asia for the first time recently from Perth. We had booked online 4 seats in a row (the fourth seat on the other side of the aisle). It was not a full flight there or back. Consequently, we were able to spread out & could have had a row of seats each, if we so chose. Both fab flights!
