get a itchy,red, lumpy rash that nearly drove me insane & spolit several of my holidays. I blamed sunscreen & tried numerous brands to no avail.
By accident, I discovered it was actually the sun!! I used to try & get a bit of a tan, so I would apply sunscreen after I had been in the sun for awhile, and then blame the sunscreen! For years now, I have put sunscrren on when I have a shower in the morning, before I even walk outside and NO RASH!
A few months ago I had a terrible irritaion in my eyes and I couldn't work out why, as I hadn't used anything different to normal. After spending a fortune on drops & allergy tablets, I found that the manufacturers had actually changed the ingredients in my face moisturiser, stopped using it, and no further problems.
Sorry to rabbit on, but I really feel for your wife.....
