.. put a coloured elastic band around toothbrushes so they remember to use only bottled water to clean teeth. Take a plastic cup for each child.
Make sure they always wipe their hands with antiseptic wipes not only before eating but several times while out & about. Be sure to have water with you - kids can dehydrate quickly. Also carry with you tissues. Get your kids to tell you if they need a loo well before it's urgent. Loos can be hard to find.
Have a bag for each of them with a few toys, crayons, paper etc to use while at restaurants - restaurants in Bali (as anywhere, I guess) can be a huge pain for kids having to wait - have things to keep them occupied - good for you, good for other diners.
Be sure to cover them with sunscreen & mozzie repellent. Mozzie repellent at ALL times.
Perhaps your kids should have in a pocket a photocopy of the passports of other family members as well as a card of your hotel.
They will love it. The Balinese will spoil them.
