Jimbaran Seafood Market is well worth a trip, even if you don't buy anything. It has an amazing array of fresh seafood, with the boats coming in constantly. Best to get there in the morning but I think it is open all day. I dragged my husband there kicking & screaming & then had to drag him away - a very interesting place, not only for foodies, & you won't find seafood fresher.
I am sure that your hotel would be happy to cook anything you buy there for a fee, when they're not busy. Alternatively, you could ask at the Markets - I am sure there would be somewhere close that would cook your seafood.
