Super specials and Promo fares with Air Asia are cheaper but I would still pay that price from Perth in an instant as its very cheap for two people return.
Some of us in Perth have been blessed with very cheap promo flights that work out about half what you have quoted once tax plus fees are added but they are sometimes very hard to get.
With all cheap airlines you will have some fees that may be on top of you price like per sector luggage cost and convenience fee (charged for using Credit cards) So the total you pay may be a little bit higher than the quoted price.
Buy them they are cheap :)
