The Rock Bar

Has anybody been here recently? I have read a lot about it but apparantly if you dont get there early enough you wont get in. Also I believe they wont take bookings.

I did read somewhere about another bar that is very similar with the outlook over the ocean, but cant remember what its called. If anyboy can remember it would be much appreciated :)
