my daughter says that the air con was not cold enough and the fold out bed was not very comfy, and I agree (I had a few nights on it) the pools are good, the staff are great (arn't they all) the food is good, the location is good (a short walk to most places) Taxi transport was a bit hit and miss, most complained about the location of the hotel.
The room is huge and we had plenty of room to move around and do our own thing in the kitchen.
But would we stay there again? I think we would.
