Phone the call centre-you are redirected to KL and get a Malaysian assistant at the call centre.Last April, Qantas cancelled a flight from Perth to Sing. which meant we would miss the connection to KL. They willingly ammended our flight Sing.-KL to the day before when Qantas were flying. They will ask you send a fax outlining your request and the reasons which goes to a senior supervisor. They called me back within 1/2 hour of the fax being sent to say 'yes'.Jetstar and Airasia are very consumer oriented-I have removed Tiger from my future itineraries as they are definately ANTI CONSUMER!!!!!
