My Sis and I stayed at Honeymoon Guesthouse, and did the Casa Luna Cooking school back in April.
We loved the Guesthouse - very Balinese feel - huge room - great price.
We were very lucky to have Janet actually teach our cooking class. Started with one of her staff taking us around the markets before the tourists arrived - very informative and also fun. I had read Fragrant Rice twice, and was sooo happy when Janet walked in to do the hands on cooking class. (Thought she might have been too busy these days). I believe if she is in town she does the Tuesday class (you could probably check when booking). She was lovely - enjoyed a laugh - and also was informative. She was also very friendly when we ran across her a day or so later.
