Travel Insurance suggestions please

Hi.....Have had a few online quotes and they have varied between $135 and $406 for a month in Bali with my family. Think i have narrowed it down to either Southern Cross for $135 or 1 Cover for $196, i think both have $100 excesses. Has anyone had experience making claims with either of these companies? Or are there any other companies i could try? Thanks.....
