hallo magazine - where do i find it?

off to the glorious island of bali next month YAY! can someone kindly tell me where i can get hallo magazine (the home delivery restaurant guide) from. staying in kuta. does the airport have it there with all their brochures or is it only at certain place. Thanking you in advance :)
