Generally we leave small amounts of change (say a dollar or two) after a meal, and although rarely using taxis these days, would normally tip 10 to 20K.
You will not be pressured to tip as in some other places, but a decent tip will bring a huge smile and even perhaps a little extra service the next time around.
Don't stress, it's very small amounts we are talking here.
Predict when a tip may be appropriate and sort a few rupiah away in your pocket so you don't have to scratch through in a panic at the last minute and perhaps give a 100K instead of 10K.
You will be fine.
