Just got back after two fantastic weeks staying at the Ramanyana in a poolside cottage The hotel is fantastic great staff and the room was great The weather was very kind to us although very humid during the day it was not too bad it did rain at night but did not stop us doing what we wanted to do We ate at lots of places The best meals we had were Poppies restaurant, Posers bar, Bubba gumps the restaurant oppisite the hotel was also great and the hotel restaurant also. The Stadium also do a great meal. The breakfast at the hotel was really nice plenty of choice The hotel was very busy a few children but not many nothing againest children but being an older couple and staying at the Dynasty last May we wanted a bit of peace Not knocking the Dynasty great hotel but lots and lots of children. We stayed there in May because we went with our Daughter her husband and the grandchildren Fantastic hotel if you have young children. Did the usual shopping got some nice shoes in Mataharis Jimmy Choo bags and purses from the markets also lots of sunnies for the granddaughter and bintang shirts not bad prices shirts about 3 dollars each sunnies 3 dollars a pair the bags were about 8 dollars each and the purses 5 dollars. Sad to be back home but will be back in Bali again very soon and we will be staying at the Ramanyana.
