dont rely on their email promo's, as if you check constantly throughout the day, you will be lucky enough to score cheap flights not advertised, but u do need to consistantly check (2-3 times a day). that is with Virgin anyways... this is what i usually do and always score a good deal, usually better than what they advertise :)
