Directions to Sails please

We have booked a few nights in Candi Dasa and I thought we would do a drive to Amed and have lunch at Sails.
I cant locate where Lean bay is.
Is it south of Lipah bay (or actually south east)?
Which would be the closest Hotel as a land mark for us to spot?
