Just about everywhere
According to Wikipedia,
"Legionellosis infection normally occurs after inhaling an aerosol (suspension of fine particles in air) containing Legionella bacteria. Potential sources of such contaminated water include cooling towers used in industrial cooling water systems as well as in large central air conditioning systems, evaporative coolers, hot water systems, showers, windshield washers,[8] whirlpool spas, architectural fountains, room-air humidifiers, ice making machines, misting equipment, and similar disseminators that draw upon a public water supply."
One poster on BTF said he always cleaned the room a/c before using it.
It might put your mind a little bit at rest to know that people most susceptible to the organisms that cause Legionnaires' disease are the elderly and middle-aged, persons with lung disease, or who have impaired immune systems.
Dengue can be transmitted by mosquitoes anywhere in Bali. Wear DEET ;)
I don't know of any restaurants in Bali that are not child friendly
