Adhi Jaya Hotel - any recent visitors ?

Hi,
I have searched the archives but havent seen any recent reviews of the Adhi Jaya Hotel in Jl. Kartika Plaza St. Kuta... its straight across from "Discovery" shopping centre.
This hotel is now in the Travel Brochures where it hasnt been before & i would appreciate some feedback on the place from anyone who has stayed there recently.. Food, rooms, bathrooms etc.
Looking to stay there in May...
