We did it 3 years ago, went from bedugul on the way to lovina and kintamani on the way back to kuta. It was very beautiful villages, lakes, waterfalls, hotsprings, rice paddy terraces, dolphins, etc. I don't know what prices nowadays, but we paid 400.000 rupiah each way.
