When I Bali I always get my hair permanently straightened at the Secret Garden in Legian (I been going there for 10+ years). I would suggest you go there first and they can then assess your hair, they will the tell you whether they can then do the perm straightening or not. I have past shoulder very thick hair that I colour all the time and I have never had them not do it. Only thing is that my hair goes really dry afterwards but I just condition it every day.
