3 Weeks with 1 year old

Hi everyone, I have been reading the forum for a while and thought it time I joined.
My wife and I are regular travelers to Bali but this will be the first trip since our baby boy was born. We plan to visit in May and stay for 3 weeks. We would like to stay at various places on our trip and would like some advice on where others on the forum in our situation have stayed. We would like to move around every few days and see as much as possible. Any hotel suggestions for any areas will be appreciated.
