Just a quick one while I wait for the rain to stop. Absolutly bucketing down.
Left Perth on AA 0450 flight yesterday. Left 10 mins early & landed 27 mins early. Uneventful flight.
VOA was AU$27. Change in Rp @ rate of 8600. Airport rate 8700 got 8850 @ PT Central Kuta.
Went thru local line with wife & kids even tho I had VOA. They were actually encouraging people to leave the Foreigner queues & go thru the local side. I thought this might be because it was quiet but when I asked was told "same same no different".
Staying @ Peninsula Beach Hotel arrived @ 1000 & setled into the Beach side restaurant while waiting for room. Turned into a marathon session & got to room @ 2000. Crashed around 2300.
Rain has eased off.... whoa the suns coming out. Time to duck over the road to The Tree & start all over again.
