Getting to see the Ubud monkeys

You could catch the Perama Shuttle bus to Ubud and back $80,000 - check google for times or check it out when you get there.

Walking around the monkey forest is just lovely. If you are worried, DO NOT take in any food or drinks, because they will try to take it (can become aggressive) even if it is in your backpack, they will stop at nothing to get it.

If you wander around slowly, quietly, dont get too close, they are so funny, highly entertaining and soooo cute to watch. Have to remember they are wild animals and you are entering into their home, naturally they will protect themselves and their young.

Entry fee is 20,000.

I am petrified of the monkeys at Uluwatu, but have never had any problems at Ubud.
