illnesses then I would be really really interested to know why you don't have your child vaccinated?
Firstly, Hep A and Thyphoid are food and drink born viruses that could be completed avoided given your child is only 6 months old. Simply giving breast milk, bottled water (to supplement if necessary) and good quality processed baby food will prevent that (have a break from cooking; your baby won't mind). If you don't like baby food, then you can always buy your own vegetables there and thoroughly wash and prepare them yourself.
As far as tetanus goes, if your infant falls off a motorbike or bar stool etc then you can always have her treated with a very painful tetanus shot then.
The only ones I would possibly delve further into (meaning you look at incidence and statistics of these in Bali currently rather than listening to GPs recommending ridiculous unnecessary vaccinations) are TB and polio.
Unless there was a hideous outbreak of deadly influenza currently in Bali, why would you give a baby a flu shot for a 2 week holiday but not at home??? Just protect your baby from dengue by using extremely sparing amounts of DEET (no more than 12.5%) applied only during dengue biting times (these are day biters) but preferably making sure child has long loose clothing on during day. Just relax and have a fantastic time!!!
