Villa or hotel for group of 12

Hoping i could get some info. We are looking at heading to Bali in Jan 2012. There will be 9 adults and three children.

Ages range from 6 to 60 so am looking for something a bit quieter but not too far from the nightlife scene.

Still up in the air with prices but would imagine no more than 75.00 per night

Any suggestions appreciated.
