our hotel checks it for us they do the ringing around. and we do the same as heathbelle to be on the safe side. we did have to wait for a family to arrive on the plane one time that made us 1/2hr late but it was ok he was the co of the airline the next month it stopped flying. lol but time you in airport everything is on the go
