If your hotel has sat TV then look at channel 2 (I think). It shows flight arrivals & departures for both domestic & international flights. Otherwise just go to an internet cafe & check out any flight changes. Probably not worth the bother.
For a transfer to the airport ask your hotel to call a Bluebird. Otherwise no doubt your hotel will have a pool of drivers.
Depending on where you stay & the time of day you are leaving, allow a minimum of 2 hours (actually, I always allow 3 hours) to get to the airport & check in - often very long queues. If you have time to spare you could go to a restaurant or to one of the lounges.
