Demolition near KTH

I have read about some demolition that is to take place near KTH.
Does anyone know when this will be happening?
Is it likely to disrupt our holiday in April when we stay at KTH?
Will it disturb any little creatures living in the area - not the 2 legged kind?
I should be sound asleep but I cannot get this out of my mind.
