visa extension easy?

Hi everybody,I have a one month VOA already and would like an extension.Is this easy to obtain?I heard some stories of having to go back and forth to the immigrations office zillions of times.Is it better at this moment and which immigration office would you use.Denpassar or the airport?
Or is it maybe advisable to use an agency.The is one on Jl.Pattimura.
Its called Mandiri visa,any body familiar with this agency?
