You must compare apples with apples. Same dates, same airline and same hotel and category with the same inclusions such as breakfast.
Forget transfers... you often have to wait for others which is really annoying especially if your flight arrives late at DPS.
Travel agents have to eat so expect them to add commission to flights, hotels and transfers.
