Hi Guys,

A llooonnggg 12 months of waiting over, another 3 to go then finally off to Bali for another breathtaking holiday.

Our group this trip consists of both the older generation and younger generation. Walking long distances is an issue at both ends of the spectrum, so while we have a driver available, we are hoping to find a few essentials close by.

We are staying at the Villa Baliana, next to Kumala Hotel and one street from the beachfront. We are looking for the following, and would really appreciate any suggestions!

1. A nice restaurant along the Legian beachfront. We have dutifully recorded details on hundreds of restaurants BTF users have visited reently, but would like your recommendations for our first evening meal in Bali. Somewhere that serves excellent local and international food, is suitable to take a 3yr old, with a view of the beach and a warm, welcoming Balinese atmosphere and staff that will make our first night out something really memorable.

2. An airconditioned quality spa for regular pampering sessions. (after the stress of the past year we need it!!!!)

3. Recommendations on the best watering hole within walking distance for those who choose to escape from shopping trips, pampering, and ladies chatter. i.e. The blokes. :)

Thank you ever so much in advance,

BaliDaze
