Daytime Nanny/Babysitter recommendation

My daughter is taking her 3 year to Bali in a few weeks and is looking for a "helper/nanny/babysitter" for a few ( 4-5 hours) a day to go out with her and daughter to do shopping etc. She does not want to leave the child back at the hotel but would find shopping, browsing etc much easier if she had someone with her amusing the child. Any recommendations? Approx how much should she pay per hour?
