I've been there a couple of times and really enjoyed it. Heading back in April for my third trip(almost 2 weeks this time, each year we stretch the trip a bit longer!). The main negative is that its quite expensive for Indo, but it is pretty remote so they have to bring everything in. At the same time, there usually isn't many people there so its very relaxed and the surf is generally uncrowded. Both times I've been there we all knew each other in the line up so shared the waves around.
Beacuse its so small everyone knows everyone and its really freindly. Food is great, beers aren't too expensive but spirits are a bit pricey, so its not a bad idea to take a bottle of duty free if you drink spirits. Also, take a few books as apart from surfing, bintangs, ping pong, massages, snorkelling, there isn't alot to apart from lounge around the pool relaxing(it's hard work...lol). You can go diving or they do a waterfall tour but the surf is usually enough for us most days.
I reckon you'll have a great time, everyone I've met there has always had a ball. Only complaining I've heard is about the price but this was mainly from budget indo surf travellers who are used to staying at local villages, losmens, etc. I only get 4 weeks hols per year so am more that happy to spend the money and it is pretty reasonable as you're basically in paridise!
It is wet season, so you might have to surf outside the bay instead of the main breaks of insides/outsides, but last year we surfed out there everyday and we were more than happy.
I'm jealous, wish I was going next week....haha
