The dollar has gone down a bit, but still good, really. If you can buy them at $97-98 or better - GOOOOOO get em straight away !!!!
I fear the floods in QLD are stopping the exports outta Gladstone and it maybe a few weeks or until the water has gone, infratructure fixed and sentiment returned before we will see the $ over parity again.
Last trip we saved heaps by paying in US$'s - approx A$12 per night with the double currency conversion at Hotel rates that they do.
What you dont spend this trip (because you can get it cheaper) you can always use next trip or the trip after.
