Good friends of our stayed there last year and were disappointed. They said the service was really bad, took forever to get served and once they took an order it didn't arrive for ages.
They also said the barman hardly knew what he was doing and as a result their drinks tasted strange.
They expected pretty nice rooms but they were tired and needed renovating.
