The rooms were shabby, towels as thin as rice paper, poor lighting in rooms, breakfast was extremely ordinary. Smokers congregate in the lobby so you need a gas mask when you pass through. Most of the hotel guests were Perth bogans during my two visits. I could report some very embarrassing incidents with these bogans but I don't want to relive them..LOL ! I would only have stayed the once but my second visit was booked and paid for and was only for 3 nights.
The hotel has great location and great (local) staff. The hotel would rate a '2 star' only but is priced as a '4 star'.
