I was recently in Bali and there is a little salon that was recommended on BTF called Ita's salon(or very similar). It is on garlic lane, near the intersection with Jl Padma. I found it easiest to walk and find on the left hand side as you walk towards Jl Melasti. It's about one third of the way, and just past a spa....lovely woman, great job, price was rp200,000 for full leg,bikini,underarm and eyebrow...I just rocked up = no appointment
