I would book it before you go. If you are going thru a TA then I guess you would get them to book it. You can check out their website & the other accommodation booking websites like Asia*ooms, Agoda, Wotif to see what the prices are like. I book my own flights/accomm online so have never gone thru an agent to book it. Once you take off the 35US each it costs to get into the park anyway the accommodation usually works out pretty good value especially if it includes B/F which is good.
All the above bookings include entry to the Safari Park so just make sure that it will be included - should be as the lodge is in the park itself.
You won't be sorry, we've had a great time on the three times we've stayed there.
