and then I swear it was only change of diet that hits on day 4 ..... unrefined foods and drinking pineapple juice as if it was going out of fashion! They blend up the whole pineapple (fibre city!)
Another 15 trips and I haven't again experienced any stomach problems but did pick up a tummy parasite that I found out about a week later - one large dose of anti-biotic and it went.
There have been days when I have felt a little worse for wear though but I have no one else to blame except my self!
