What to do?

We are a group of 5 50-60yr olds going to Bali in May. Staying for a week at The Peninsular Beach Resort in Nusa Dua / Tanjung Benoa. Any suggestions of what to do? Also resturants to eat at, where to shop and are there any markets there? Ideas/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
