I flew this route 18 months ago & you are Doestic Melb - Darwin then International Darwin - Dempasar. The one good thing though is if you have baggage this is booked right through to Denpasar from Melbourne.

Coming back you clear Customs in Darwin then head to Domestic back to Melbourne.
