Glad to here your 9 year old was not seriously injured. We just have to keep our eyes open all the time as the structures and roads are not the same as home.
Which lends me to say which part of dumb to people on scooters without helments not understand let alone speeding.
I have seen enough locals come to grief and it is thier back yard.
Wake up those guys you may destroy your holiday or someone else's.
