Hi, We attended teh Bumbi bali rest. in September 2010 and it was great - - you need to let them know in advance that you want to do the Veggie course and then they tailor it to you - - there were 7 of us doing the course adn apart from having to stop the chef from wanting to add fish paste on most dishes it was well received and enabled great participation.
Part of the course you also get a cook book and an apron - - wont use the apron but the cook book is fantastic.
We have cooked some of the dishes many times and one is bcoming a regular.
