I certainly believe this after having come to bali well over 30 times since 1994.
We have stopped staying in accommodation we usually stay in because of the bogans that have infiltrated the hotel on cheap fares. Once upon a time was a great hotel in Legian now stay in a villa in Legian instead...also works out cheaper instead of 2 rooms in a hotel.
