bit & neither did anyone else that was staying there!! I don't care how rich or how poor anyone is, there is NO excuse for ignorance or arrogance! Apart from her, as I say, we have never had a problem with fellow travelers either in Bali or anywhere else we have been.
Quite the opposite, we are still in touch with people we met years ago in Phuket, Vietnam etc.
