Legian/Seminyak Accomodation

Would appreciate any recommendations on budget accomodation in the Legian/Seminyak area.... Preferably including breaky, a pool and close proximity or on the beach.
We are thinking maybe Sinar Hotel or Sari Beach Inn? All other suggestions greatly appreciated...
