B Secure Insurance

I use B Secure Travel Insurance.

They have a very comprehensive list of pre-existing conditions they accept with out any extra cost(which suits me) and they are the only company that I know of that does NOT have an excess until you reach the age of 71 or have a serious pre-existing condition.

Remember whilst most companies excess charges are for the first $100 for each and every claim, some other companies charge up to $250 (read the fine print).

Just Google B-Secure.
They are the same company on the Virgin website,if you fly Virgin and tick Travel Insurance it will be with this company.

Have not made a claim, so cannot help you with that.
