Availability and quality of antibiotics

Just wondering about the availability and price of antibiotics from pharmacies in Bali.In India, Malaysia and Thailand we just buy them over the counter and they are dirt cheap and work a treat !
My husband always gets a tummy bug which he treats with Norfloxacin - it's a miracle drug that works within hours :)
